First time at splash, great shellac mani and pedi, the therapist took her time and was really engaging. I've forgotten her name as it was before my holiday but she was a lovely italian lady. She also did a hand scrub and concentrated on the skin around my nails. The pedicure was lovely, soaking my feet in the water and again concentrated on hard skin as well as the skin around my nails. Really happy and defo would visit again.
Very easy to find location. Staff were very welcoming and Teresa was fantastic; very professional but also gave amazing advice about my upcoming holiday. I will definitely be going back.
Its my second time at Splash (previous visited Soho but both salons are conveniently located for my office). My nail polish lasts at least 10 days before chipping which is fantastic for regular polish (not shellac or gel), so I'll keep coming back time and time again. !
I booked in for a deluxe pedicure on a Saturday Afternoon so the salon was very busy. I was sent downstairs where the pedi room is and left to wait for around 10 minutes. Once the treatment started, the therapist was good and overall the result was satisfactory.
Definitely not the place for a relaxing experience. Terrible music way too loud, staff running around like lunatics, appointments running late (despite customers being penalised for being late). Beauty section is 2 small tables in a corner of the downstairs of the salon - confusing as not signed, and staff very unhelpful - were more keen to mess about cackling and pushing each other. But the treatment was good, lovely lady who was meticulous and did a great job. Not sure they should call it a manicure when it's just a buff and paint, but they look great. Probably wouldn't go back though.
