I always use this chain of salons...they are definitely not the most relaxing or luxurious, it's often very busy and can be noisy. The prices are cheap and you can feel they sometimes have to rush to see as many clients as possible.
But if you are prepared to deal with this, and want a good and fast treatment for a good price, I definitely recommend them (just avoid going when you are exhausted). My Shellac pedicure did not take too long and I know it will last me a long time. I also love the fact you can usually book an appointment with them at the last minute.
Gel Nails Manicure
I got the deal for my boyfriend. At first we walked in without an appointment and were told to wait and that we would find a stylist available shortly, ended up completely lost in the chaos. So we booked a timeslot online and went back to the reception; it seemed to work better this way. The cut was quick with reasonable quality for the price. However the place was very busy, noisy and loud, packed with customers just waiting around confused as there wasn't any registration or an organised queue. My boyfriend didn't like that everything was done too quick, especially the shampoo without checking temperature of water. If you want a quick cheap job it's not a bad place, I'm sure those stylists cut hundreds of people's hair everyday and can be very experienced.

Classic Facials
Got a great Shellac manicure. Really thorough and my nails are looking fab. It was the Express and she shaved about 10-15 mins odd the 50 mins. That was perfect for me! But other people may find it too frenetic. The salon is friendly and very bustling. Again, worked great for me but if you're looking for something calm and relaxing, there will be better options. I'll definitely go back, and my therapist this time was Serena.
Just as a side note, it would be advisable for the salon to get the downstairs air con fixed - it was roasting down there!!

Excellent manicure by Serena, very thorough and super neat! One of the best that I've had in London. Would definitely recommend.
