Waited 40mins for a booked appointment, finally got haircut, but waited another 30mins for blow dry. When my hair was still wet, salon manager Victoria asked me to leave. She then started accusing me make wrong booking. More likely such errors would be on salon, as customers typically know what they want at the time of booking. Victoria was very intimidating, face came very close, interrupted me when I called customer service, claimed she’s the manager of all, so she’ll deal with my complaint.
First appointment for hair at Splash and got there half an hour early and they were kind enough to fit me in. Emma cut my hair and she was really friendly and knew what she was doing, really pleased with my hair, and will definitely go back.
