Staff are always friendly and very capable. Although it’s a simple and very affordable wash and cut for medium hair at the off peak discount- you never feel rushed or as if you’re getting a lesser service.

I had a wash, cut and blowdry and in all honesty, it wasn’t the most relaxing experience and I don’t see myself going back, but it was a very last minute appointment so was glad to find somewhere. The haircut itself was perfectly fine and the stylist was very time efficient, but the hairdryer was incredibly hot during the blow dry. It did hurt my scalp and I’m not sure I’ve ever seen so much steam while getting my hair blow dried before and I’m certain the stylist didn’t use heat protectant. Even with the discount, I still think it was quite expensive for what it was, but it is central London, so the same probably can be said about anywhere.

Nazli was very efficient when it came to waxing my eyebrows and upper lip. She finished off with threading, which I find more painful than waxing but she was patient & friendly. However, she applied wax on my bikini line for strip wax first before I had a chance to explain that I paid for hot wax. The hot wax ended up being mega hot, so much that I yelped. Nazli then blew on the wax to cool it down before applying. In the end, my skin on bikini line looks fine and overall satisfied mostly by how friendly and apologetic Nazli was.

Always book with splash because it's amazing value for money, the staff are nice and friendly and super efficient whilst not pushing or rushing you.

René was absolutely brilliant as always. Super impressed. I regularly pop in for a blow dry and he always does an amazing job. Highly recommend!
