I’ve had good experiences at Splash before however this time they cancelled my appointment as they had double booked (the did offer me an alternative but it was too late in the evening for me). Unfortunately they have yet to refund my payment as they agreed they would.

Overall really good and fast and looks really nice, but when the stylist filed my nails, she was a bit rough and it really hurt my surrounding skin

I was a bit embarrassed at the state of my nails going in. I had been painting them myself over winter and they was a little worse for wear. Beautician done an amazing job taking extra care to make them tip top again.
