Staff are friendly but easily distracted by their coworkers, the salon is not clean, they use the same hair brushes without cleaning them between clients. The stylist cut my hair completely uneven, layers only on half of my head. The line is so visible it’s embarrassing to wear my hair down. It will take over a month to grow it back to something I feel comfortable wearing down.

Friendly staff, nice hairdresser. He did a good job on my blow dry and I got lots of compliments! Does feel a bit packed together but equally testament to how popular they are!

I’ve been here before and it’s always a bit chaotic because it’s small and busy but never minded because it’s affordable and central.
This time I didn’t enjoy the experience. My stylist was pretty rough and pulled my hair really hard often which was uncomfortable.
At the end of the appointment I was told I had to pay extra because my hair is ‘long’ and I’d paid for medium. My hair sits at my shoulders so I don’t see how that’s long. Seemed like a bit of a rip off for a 20 minute trim

Downstairs in a hair salon so not a dedicated nail parlour and maybe lacking in ambience but a really professional service and I loved my shellac.
