The treatment I booked was a conditioning treatment and a blow dry. There was no conditioning treatment, and the hairdresser was very harsh with brushing my hair out. It hurt :(

The most painful wax that I have ever had. I was somehow cut by the end of it and it didn't stop bleeding for hours. The staff member told me at the end and said "oh dear" and disappeared. The wax was too hot and I was ignored when I mentioned it.
