Brais was really good, he gave me tips on how to cut my hair, how to dry it to get extra volume, etc. The haircut was lovely, just what I was after.

Good range of colours but that’s about it - the removal was done roughly and with a file, and the shape is so uneven despite having pointed it out to her a few times. She cut a part of my nail off with the cuticle clipper… I wouldn’t recommend!
