This salon looks to be on the way down. Empty, untidy, not super clean and lack of appropriate tools for a proper manicure (had to skip the cuticles treatment as it was getting painful because the nippers were dull).

Handy location, with pleasant staff. Though a great blow dry on first visit, 2nd appointment with another stylist resulted in heat damage and lacklustre curls.

This was a disaster! I had hoped for a happy ‘pick-me-up’ treat, but ended up in tears at home having to cut more hair off as the cut was wonky. It felt as if the stylist had no experience in cutting thick hair and sadly he even cut 2in more than I had asked for. I would definitely not recommend.
