Paid for the conditioning treatment and left with hair feeling drier than when I went in…the whole appointment was only 24 minutes long (to wash, cut and dry!) and I felt like they just wanted to get me out of there as quickly as possible. Cut is fine, but shorter than I asked for. Disappointed as would have chosen elsewhere and really wanted a proper conditioning treatment!
