I had the same treatment several times in Splash. This time I was very disappointed. The hairdresser was transfered to soho so I was with a new member of staff. I felt that she wasn't very experienced in Brazilian treatment. I ended up with far to much product on my hair. The product was so strong, it burned my eyes and throat. I didn't have this experience before. I left unhappy my hair looked greasy and stiff. I won't put my hair through this treatment again. Very abrasive when not done well.

Great value, a friendly stylist (Luis) who actually listened to what I wanted and all possible over lunchtime. Pretty much perfect. I'll be back!
