The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The treatments were excellent and we felt refreshed afterwards. We felt that the waiting lounge could do with an update, the furniture looked rather tired. Although we guessed that the subdued lighting was intended to create an atmosphere it just felt rather dark and gloomy. But nevertheless certainly worth another visit!

The staff couldn't have been more helpful and courteous. Rooms are clean and new, showers really powerful, parking within the grounds, spa a short walk from rooms and the evening meal was one of the nicest I have had in a long time!!! Fantastic hotel made by the staff and will be visiting again soon..

The hotel was great with helpful and courteous staff but the spa did not live up to expectation. The spa reception staff seemed to be overwhelmed by the number of customers, were snappy and ran out of simple things like robes. The treatments were good.

Lovely grounds and rooms, stayed in the School Masters House. Downside to these rooms are that they are seperate from the main building, so couldn't walk in robed like everyone else. Spa staff were really helpful and friendly, I went for the back and shoulder massage and was listened to when asking for attention to be paid to my shoulders. Food was very good. Relaxing stay overall.

Nice massage for me and my partner we were seen at the same time
Gym staff were pleasant serving staff were very unresponsive we have very small portion sizes and there were flys everywhere on the dining room
We were checked into our room early the room was nice
Overall I wouldn't pay the price for it again as it felt very very low budget the spa part was the best bit about the hotel , and the gardens were very nice too

The advert was misleading so we did NOT get what we paid for or expected. The staff were friendly but often seen unorganised, the spa was a joke, more stuff out of order than in use, and no one was helpful or knew what they were doing.

An excellent experience, and as treatments were bopked for 1pm we were allowed to go into an already ready room at 12.15pm which actually was an upgrade from the one booked. A lovely place but a bit disappointed that the spa dod not have a proper relaxation room. Chairs in small sitting type room were uncomfortable. I thought we would be taken to a proper relaxation room with beds and water ball etc but it did not exist! Major downside for me was that robes and slippers were included in our booking but we was not given these so had to sit fully clothed and uncomfortable. During treatment I mentioned this and was told we should have asked! They were then produced but too late for me as the uncomfortable wait in small room smelling of paint had spoilt things. Everything else was excellent

Our visit to Albrighton Hall hotel and spa was lovely - we both really enjoyed it and had a really relaxing two night break for new year/my partner's birthday. The staff were attentive, polite, and helpful even going the extra mile on a few occasions. The food was delicious and well presented, the spa treatment and facilities were very relaxing, all in all we had a wonderful time and would definitely return and recommend to others. My only issue was with the booking process through lastminute.com. I found the deal on the website and it had a phone number to ring to book - this was clearly the wrong number as the staff answering the calls seemed to have no idea what I was talking about and kept asking me if I wanted to book a flight! I was given two different numbers to call to book a spa break, neither of which worked (just didn't connect). I did then manage to book through the website when I used my laptop rather than my tablet, so it was probably just a discrepancy between the mobile site and the desktop one but this could be resolved to avoid further confusion.
