Had a great day because we got some time to relax and it was good value in terms of that. The massage was ok and my friends facial was very good. The pedicure was disappointing as it wasn't a pedicure it was simply a nail paint, which wasn't what I expected. The staff were friendly and made us welcome.

Amazing! My daughter and I had a fabulous break which was well worth the money. Hotel is beautiful and all staff went beyond expectations. Gym, classes, squash court, pool and thermal rooms were great and open early till late. Food was beautiful and bedrooms spacious with a touch of luxury.

Would highly recommend and will return.

Lovely hotel, lovely staff, superb facial and massage - among the best i've ever had. But the pool/jacuzzi room and the thermal spa are very, very shabby and grimy, to the point of bits falling apart. Shower not working in ice room, no steam in the aromasteam room, one of the two experience showers faulty, jacuzzi rail loose, tiles missing all over the place, grouting filthy. Desperately in need of gutting and refurbing. Shame, it really lets the rest down badly.

Lovely hotel, staff very accommodating. Afternoon tea and massage all worked well. Relaxing. Overcooked burger but redone more to my boyfriend's liking. Comfy bed, spacious room. TV tricky to see from bed though. Breakfast yummy. Thanks

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The treatments were excellent and we felt refreshed afterwards. We felt that the waiting lounge could do with an update, the furniture looked rather tired. Although we guessed that the subdued lighting was intended to create an atmosphere it just felt rather dark and gloomy. But nevertheless certainly worth another visit!

The staff couldn't have been more helpful and courteous. Rooms are clean and new, showers really powerful, parking within the grounds, spa a short walk from rooms and the evening meal was one of the nicest I have had in a long time!!! Fantastic hotel made by the staff and will be visiting again soon..

The hotel was great with helpful and courteous staff but the spa did not live up to expectation. The spa reception staff seemed to be overwhelmed by the number of customers, were snappy and ran out of simple things like robes. The treatments were good.
