Lovely cosy atmosphere. All staff were very welcoming (accept one woman who seemed a bit bossy). This was my 4th visit and the treatments have been superb every time, (although we could have maybe done without the Christmas music inside the treatment rooms, despite it being the 23rd December). Lovely afternoon tea. Was the perfect pre-Christmas treat. Will definitely be going back.
Spa was good, nice and clean and staff were friendly. Couple of issues with parts not working and water not working in the room, but was put right later in the evening.
Met up with friends and had a great time - good room, good company, good food - everything perfect
Highly recommended. The only downside was the lunch which was a box lunch and not the best. None the less we had a great day. Thank you to everyone.
