Excellent day, facilities brilliant, staff friendly, would definitely visit again and recommend.
A wonderful day being pampered. Despite the hydro therapy pool being too cold to use the staff informed me early in the morning and we received a complimentary voucher so we could return to use the facilities at another time. Couldn't ask for more.
Sadly not as good as I had expected. I booked the treatment for 5:05, was reminded several times by e-mail of the time and also confirmed it beforehand with the local staff. However, when I arrived I was told that I was late and that the treatment was due to start at 5:00. I was rushed upstairs to the treatment room where I was hurriedly asked to complete the health form which was difficult to read in the dark. Not a particularly relaxing start to the treatment which was my birthday treat to myself.

Excellent day! I had booked this a birthday treat for my sister, my mum and I. We arrived and had a lovely afternoon tea first then headed to the spa plus we all had back massages. The staff were really lovely. There was a little mix up with the treatments booked but they worked hard to resolve. Spa facilities are good, I just spotted a bit of general wear and tear but nothing too off putting. This was excellent value for money so a big thumbs up from me! :-)
