my room wasn't set up properly should have been a twin room
i upgraded the room and the coffee machine had broken but they said they didnt have another to replacement
The spa is convoluted in its structure so you could feel like you're in a maze when you first get.
The changing area has a low ceiling so can feel a little stifling.
There were two of us and we were asked to use one locker, the lockers were spacious but still a push for two.
The swimming area can be accessed by children until midday so if you would like some quiet time, best to go after midday.
The staff were excellent though, the food was fantastic and our treatments were top quality!
I went there as it was my partner's birthday. I asked for the room to be set up with a cake etc. It was short notice and staff really made it special. Spa treatment was great, facilities fantastic. Only downside was the water in the jacuzzi wasn't warm enough.
The hotel was lovely, the spa facilities where fantastic and very clean. Dinner and breakfast was delicious, will definitely be returning.
