We all had a lovely relaxing morning, the staff, facilities, treatments and lunch were all great! Would definitely return to the spa again in the future. Thank you!
Nice enough place, but it is tired and dated.
The treatments were excellent & nice therapist, however the bouncing gym music could be heard.
The Jacuzzi wasn't working. Wasn't told about the mother & baby pool session which defeated the purpose of relaxing spa day.
Reception didn't say we needed old £1 coins for lockers.
Lunch box was nice. Fluffy towels etc were nice.
Overall, I've had better spa days for less cost, so probably won't be back.
We had a very relaxing time at Ardoe. The swimming pool is lovely as was the sauna and steam room. The shower I used had a small piece of rubbish in it but otherwise everything was good.
The spa treatments were great. I had a back massage and facial and felt very relaxed afterwards. The staff were friendly and put us at our ease.
The hotel facilities were very luxurious and I would definitely go back
