Stayed for two nights on the Wellness spa package in mid march with a friend. Make sure you ask for a room high up, we were on the 11th floor and the view was fantastic! Hotel staff were polite and attentive. The spa staff were friendly and made me feel at ease. Breakfast and dinner was included in the package and were faultless. Would highly recommend, would definitely come here again.
Excellent all round. Would definitely go to this hotel again. The food was very good and the spa treatments top notch.

The treatment and my therapist were fabulous, but that is where my enjoyment of the experience ended. The reception staff were not welcoming and the facilities were like a local gym instead of a spa. I was supposed to get an afternoon tea with my day, but I was left in the relaxation area after my treatment and no one said a word to me afterwards.
