Great experience apart from relaxation room which played non relaxing piped music. Would be better if either silent or same music as treatment rooms.
Need to improve cleaning with dirty cups not collected and sticky tables.
Our stay was fantastic and I can’t fault the staff or the hotel! However when we arrived and went to check in we were told at first the booking wasn’t there. They then realised the booking had been put down for the wrong dates and had to find us the two rooms. This was very stressful as we had driven 4 hours to get there and were worried we’d have nowhere to stay. The staff dealt with it excellently and were very professional and gave us some free drinks while they resolved the issue.
Chose to have the full body scrub and polish, it was absolutely lovely. Teas, coffees and water available next to the relaxation room. Didn’t expect much for the lunch, but you can choose your meal off a menu and we had a lovely chicken ceaser salad and Greek salad which was great and the portion size was brilliant. Would definitely go again!
Full body scrub & polish
My daughter & I stayed at the Hotel and had a pamper package each included.
Unfortunately due to staff shortage our treatment times had to be changed but only very slightly and as an apology both my daughter & I were given a gift bag with a couple of products inside. The staff were polite & happy, the treatments were lovely.
My only criticism would be that the shower in my treatment room didn’t work, it dribbled out of the small head & when I tried to use the overhead large head it spouted out of the sides & up the wall and very very hot which made washing off the body scrub a little tricky. This didn’t make my treatment any less enjoyable but it would be good to get it fixed for future clients.
