A real treat and a great little find through Wahanda. This was my second visit to spaLondon and I was not disappointed. A lovely facial and massage - the pressure was a bit firmer than I'm used to but I feel so good just an hour later. All those knots have simply disappeared. A big thank you to Jess!

Took me a little while to find the spa as it's in the health centre - but as soon as you walk through the door it was nice and relaxing. Staff friendly and facial was superb.

The hot stone massage was very nice.
However, the room itself was on the cool side. Also there is no mirror in the room to check one's face, hair when leaving.

It was a nice experience but certainly there was a room of improvement in treating customers. Because I wanted a glass of water and they kind of gave me such gesture that it looked like I shouldn't have asked them for it.

Anna did my treatment. She did it really well, was kind enough to compliment my eyelashes, was interesting to talk to, did a really really good job. The place is very clean, relaxed, soothing atmosphere.

I was late arriving at the venue but the therapist was welcoming and calm and relaxed. She took care with my facial and assessed my skin type thoroughly before using any products. The ambience once inside the spa was pleasant and for the money I paid I would certainly recommend a facial at this salon.

When I wanted to choose my package, it said that Facials (1hour), Foot Massage (1hour), Therapeutic Massage (1hour), so I thought this will be a nice long 3h treatment for my Gf birthday. But it seemed not to be true as it was all 1 hour only, this might not be a problem of Spa London but actually Wahanda/Spa London package description.

Having said that, I personally loved the whole treatment. Not a special welcome or anything but were asked to fill in a form which took 3 minutes. We went into a room with 2 single beds with candles and calming forest sounds. The beds were electric heated which was helpful as it was not a very warm day. We were given the choice to undress however much we want, but for the massage it was smart to take off shirt and pants as the lower back would be covered better.

Started with left side body massage then to the right side. Then mid back and little bit of shoulders. Then moved to facial treatment. Whatever they used did burn a while on both our faces (I had shaved in the morning which made it even worse) but obviously not their problem. My Gf said that she also got to the point of saying something about the burn but it started to cool down before we both said anything. Other than that, the facial was nice. While the stuff was on our face, we got a shoulder and neck massage which was the best part of the massage and very relaxing.

The foot massage was nice as well nothing special but good enough.

Overall we were both satisfied but wished it was longer :)

I went to Spa LONDON at Swiss Cottage Leisure Centre to have an ear candling treatment done - it was my first time having it so I was quite scared, but the therapist put me at ease and explained all the process.
It was quite relaxing and a nice experience overall - I might go back for other treatments as well, as I was very happy with what I had, and the therapist was very friendly and professional, and the premises were nice and clean.

I booked the Elemis Facials - Elemis Skin Solutions SOS Purifying Facial. When I first arrived I struggled to locate the spa, but one I found I was quickly seated and handed a form to complete. I was introducd to my therapist and taken to the treatment room to get changed. The treatment chairs are incredible and the heat from them was very relaxing. The treatment inteslf was very good. I had several scrubs applied to my face with varying degrees of coarseness. After each treatment a hot cloth with essential oils (I think she had rose, orange blossom and tea tree) was applied to open the pores and make you more relaxed. She also applied a vitamin booster mask, like a paper mask with cut outs for the eyes, nose and mouth. I found it made my skin feel really hot and prickly and told the therapist this. She assured me that it was normal but as I hadn't been forewarned I wasn't expecting the sensation. She also massaged my neck and shoulders with oils (Monoi I think). However, although the therapist was very nice she was distracted at times by the fact that the CD player kept skipping which caused her to become so distracted she knocked lots of glass bottles on to the floor, startling us both.

On the whole the treatment was pleasant, I really liked the Elemis products used and for the price I would go back.

I have been at SPA London at Swiss Cottage Leisure Centre in November 2013 for an HOPI Ear Candling Treatment.
It was my first time having such treatment done and I was quite worried about it. When I arrived at the venue, it was earlier than the time I had booked for the appointment, nevertheless I was asked straight away to fill the form re. my health situation, and then I was asked to go inside the treatment room and get partly undressed in order to carry out the treatment.
The room was big and nice. The therapist explained how the treatment worked and then we started.
She was chatty, but in the same time the overall experience was very relaxing as well.
When we have completed the treatment on both ears about 30/40 mins later I was allowed to check out while the therapist was opening the candles to show me the result, and she was explaining to me everything I could see in it, then she left the room to let me get dressed. It was a very nice experience and I am very happy with it all, so I will definitely go back, should I need HOPI Ear Candling Treatment again.

Spa london is not good! I recieved a wax and a massage here and both were alful! I had a short women with brown hair do my treatments im not entirely sure what her name was it was something like britney? Or tiffany? Her costumer care was appauling an seemed like she was constantly in a rush? For the massage i had a bowl placed under my face which smelt like mint? Im not quite sure what this was for but my eyes streamed the whole way through, she didnt give good pressure an stopped my treatment early!? As for the waxing i had brusing on my upper thighs and a patch of hair was left on the left side of my leg! To top it all off the toilets in the lesiure centre are discraceful! The floors were soaked and two taps did not work. Overall a bad experience all round. Do not go here.

Thank you for your comment although it seems very strange to have had your massage followed by a waxing treatment, not to mention that the wax wasn't completed to a high standard as if your referring to our therapist Tiffany she is highly qualified and delivers fantastic waxing treatment to many regular clients. If you could please provide me with your full name and date of your appointment plus a contact number so I can contact you directly and arrange for the treatment to be re delivered complimentary. Kind Regards, Melissa

I went there for a gel manicure before going on holidays to Greece. The therapist was lovely, she advised which colour was best for me taking into account the continuous exposure of my nails to water and sun, she also applied three layers of nail polish to make sure it will last as much as longer. It lasted perfectly.. I am really pleased and definitely recommend you girls to visit the salon for nail treatments!

Really nice venue. I had an eyebrow shape (wax) and have to say that it was quite relaxing! Unlike the the threading experiences where one has to hold the brows and it does hurt, this was easy and the music and room were soothing.. The shape and clean was good and I felt like I had a 10 min relax.. Am going back ..
