I've been here once before with no problems, this time one of the showers was not working so I felt rushed to finish quick, which is not the most relaxing start to a spa experience! The spa itself was very relaxing apart from people talking VERY LOUDLY in the heat rooms and even playing rap/dance music! Why you would want your phone on you when you should be relaxing is beyond me, that did spoil it a bit. Staff should remind people about noise & be able to quieten down anyone who doesn' adhere.
The three hour use of the spa is pretty good. It’s never too busy in there so there’s always space to use all the facilities. Would recommend
Manuela was lovely and provided a relaxing experience with great massage techniques. The lighting in room could be better instead of 4 lights directly above the massage table, which can be too bright and better placed away from there. overall, I had a great time.

Really enjoyed the steam room and rest room though it could have been less noisy. The facial was fabulous
I really enjoyed the experience at York Hall. The receptionist was polite but seemed a bit stressed. It was quite a busy day! It was a lovely treat and I felt great afterwards. My massage therapist kept me waiting but then gave me extra time on my treatment, which I was happy about.
