Highly recommend a gel manicure at Spa London. Really good range of Jessica nail colours, comfortable seat with music playing in the background at a really good price point. Therapist was very thorough. Will definitely return.

This was my second visit to Marshall Street Spa for an Elemis facial. I can't fault the venue, staff or treatment. Elemis facials are expensive but the therapists at Marshall Street are excellent and the facial is a relaxing treatment as well as an excellent treatment. I will go again.

I got the facial for my daughter/ she was very happy with the outcome. The spa was good, easy to find and best of all the treatment was luxurious. It left the skin soft and bright and she was happy with the outcome. Will go back

This was a fabulous experience. Venue is in what is or would have been a local fitness centre/pool and is lovely. The Elemis spa was welcoming with gorgeous smells as you enter, calm environment, lovely staff and fabulous treatment. My skin was in a state but a day later its in much better condition. Would definatey go back!

I can't believe I haven't come across this place before. It's tucked away just off Carnaby Street and in the basement of a sports venue. I have tried other Spa London venues before and this is no exception, they are all really well done with nice ambience, quality staff and affordable prices. My Elemis facial was heavenly and I will definitely go back to also try out the sauna facilities.

The Spa is a relaxing place. The therapist was very friendly and welcoming and put me at ease during the spray tan. The tan gave a good coverage and a nice colour and lasted over a week.

This was in a leisure centre, but the spa itself was lovely with great ambience and staff. The facial was great and relaxing, with nice music and I was woken up (I fell asleep!) by the sound of a little bell, the little details really count! It's really good value for money using the voucher, but without a voucher it's not that cheap and probably about the same as equivalent places in the area.

All I can is wow!! I had an Elemis brightening facial and the whole experience was fantastic! The venue from the outside not what I expected but the spa itself is very nice. The treatment room was spot on! Clean, warm, fragrant with moody lighting. The therapist Fatima was probably one of the best I have ever experienced. Outside of a special offer Elemis facials are pretty pricey but you get so much for your money compared to other facials I will definitely go back and be happy to pay full price. Highly recommended!

Didn't even know, didn't even realize that in the hustle-and-bustle of Carnaby street can exist this oasis of calm! The spa is easy to reach, and once you open the door you are engulfed in cinnamon and vanilla scents. Arrive early to have those 5 minutes to fill out the questionnaire. The therapist will explain the products used, and the process. Caitlin was extremely gentle and thorough, and I did radiate afterwards!

I am so glad that I have discovered beauty treatments with reasonable pricing that is not a tiny back room in the west end. This place is part of the Leisure Centre and as such has great facilities, is spacious and has the lovely tranquil atmosphere you would expect in a spa. Nobody likes getting a bikini wax, but I have regular treatments with Fatima who is literally amazing! She makes you relax by taking in a deep breath and I was amazed by how much this minimized the pain. An added bonus is that they use hot wax here on the bikini line which is an added bonus for your skin and pain threshold! Its now the only place I go for waxes in Central London.

Difficult to find the Spa room as it's in fact in the basement of a local gym. Too hot and no air conditioning.
Lovely, smiling and helpful lady at the reception (unfortunately I didn't get her name). But the therapist was just polite, very young, and didn't really listened to what I wanted. I'm blond and asked for something natural and light brown, and even I explained to her I had had a bad experience in the past... But she messed up and I ended up with 80s style crow black brows!!!
The lash tint was good, except she put dye on my cheek and forehead... And she didn't rinse it properly so it stung a lot afterwards.

I have never been so disgusted in all my life. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The therapist was rude, personal and totally unprofessional. Her English was barely recognisable and the treatment was rubbish. Do yourself a favour and give this place a wide berth.
