I have never been so disgusted in all my life. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The therapist was rude, personal and totally unprofessional. Her English was barely recognisable and the treatment was rubbish. Do yourself a favour and give this place a wide berth.

Great location, good value for money. Facilities and products used were surprisingly good for the money. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It was not what I expect. It says that fruitjuice & tea are provided, oh no just water. 3 hours for two saunas & 1 steamroom. I was finished within 40 min. I will not do it there again.

The lights were too bright in the Spa area and with the noise of people in the showers and steam/spa area didn't make the pre-treatment experience very relaxing.

The therapist also doubled as the receptionist which meant that after finishing the client before me, had to help two customers make bookings before she could take me for my treatment. My treatment therefore started late even though I arrived 15mins early and had already completed my medical questionnaire.

The treatment was ok but the therapist had an unusual technique and I didn't like how she used a lot of oil and user her elbows to massage my neck - this is an area which should only be treated with manipulation by the hands. When she raised my leg to massage my calf muscle, she leant it against her hair and shoulders which felt horrible given the amount oil on my leg. I also wasn't offered a shower afterwards to get rid of the over-used frangipani fragranced oil despite desperately needing one.

Given the price, I wouldn't come here again as there are more dedicated spas in central London with better ambience and more well-trained therapists.

Good experience. Had a good body exfoliation treatment. Had shower facility within the room itself, which is convenient. Common area for resting can get a bit busy and noisy.

I went for a UK Spa Fortnight Exclusive £25 Spa Day Incl. Choice of Treatment and have awarded it 3 stars.

Lovely little spa in a great location, excellent facilities, really friendly staff and couldn't fault the treatment. One star off because they couldn't do the treatment I wanted on the day I'd initially booked for, but they called straight away and were flexible with re-booking. Overall a great experience; looking forward to going back.

The facial itself and the spa were okay but my therapist was coughing and blowing her nose throughout the treatment, which made it hard for me to relax as I felt paranoid about her germy fingers going all over my face! Afterwards she said she was "allergic to rosehip" used in the treatment, but it was clear she had a cold. They should stay away from treating clients if they have a bad cold like this!

I would recommend this place - easy to find, really good value 'Jessica' gel nails that last. Downside - colours are really hard to look at. They don't have a wheel so you have to open every bottle to check out the colours. They also don't really do a lot of filing, it's much more of a quick paint job and you're out but the final results last. The therapists are fairly nice to talk to. They don't seem to really understand booking via the wahanda website - they keep changing the time of the appointment on the phone despite confirming it through wahanda. All in all I would recommend, it's cheap and comfortable.

Great experience at spa LONDON Marshall Street. I had visited before and knew I'd be in for a good treatment but was very pleased with my Fake Bake spray tan. The therapist was clearly knowledgeable, gave great advice pre and post treatment and put me at ease. I've got a gorgeous glow just before I head of on holiday.

Great Spa with good value for money treatments, I went for the geleration nails but have also been for an Elemis deep tissue massage, both visits were spot on with friendly staff and relaxing ambience. The geleration nails have lasted well so far (had them done over a week ago and they still look fab!) I would definately go there again!

All went very well - very competent therapist who took her time and made sure the job was done properly; pleasant place; tan lasted as well as can be expected.

Highly recommend a gel manicure at Spa London. Really good range of Jessica nail colours, comfortable seat with music playing in the background at a really good price point. Therapist was very thorough. Will definitely return.

Would highly recommend this branch of Spa London. The treatment & therapist were great, took me early & the products were delightful. Only downside is you can hear the therapists talking outside which distracts from the relaxing aspect of the treatment. I would however highlight that you don't get access to the spa area without paying extra.

Very clean and relaxing facility, not easy to find the spa, it is on the lower ground level. The therapists are careful. Would reccomend it and will definitely come back to try other beauty treatments.

Friendly, attentive staff and competent, professional therapist. Pleasant venue which effectively shut out the bustle of Marshall Street. Fake Bake tan seems to have come out very nicely - just waiting to see how it looks after I've had a shave!

Was pleasantly surprised by the spa which was clean and welcoming. However, the room wasn't very well geared up for a pedicure which meant uncomfortable positioning at times. The treatment also lasted just 1hr when it was described as being 1hr 15mins.

This is a good no frills sauna experience at a great price. The facilities are clean, there are 2 dry saunas and one wet sauna and a relaxation area. The changing area is also used by the gym next door, but adequate. We do miss good saunas in London and this one is okay for a relaxing few hours, but there is not a lot of choice and the athmosphere could be prettier. I have tried a treatment here at another time, and thought it was great, good staff and lovely facilities.
