My massage was nice however the room was slightly cold and the couch quite hard. I could not get comfortable. My therapist yawned 7 times throughout the treatment which was rather offputting! Sauna, steam room and lunch was very nice.

Relaxation room played very loud music and could not relax so asked for it to be turned down, was told it could not be. My daughter came in later and said I am going to ask for the music to be turned down it is too loud. I said I had already asked and told it could not be reduced. It was so unrelaxing we moved to the pool area. Lights were turned off twice, a gentleman trying to read asked for them to be turned back on. Therapist arrived late for my pedicure. This consisted of water wiped over the top of my feet, nails trimmed and very scant file. Base coat, two nail polish coats and top coat and that was it. I asked at reception what was a pedicure treatment and she informed me that I should have had a foot scrub and cuticles treated also. As I did not have this she called the duty manager. He said he could not do anything but would get the spa manager to call me. No call, bad enough to have sub-standard treatment but being ignored as if it does not matter, very bad form. Would not recommend spa or treatment.

I had a great morning . Started off with the Spa . Its a basic spa area but it was clean and the ambience was lovely, very relaxing . It was not busy when i went so had lots of me time . Went for a two course lunch in the afternoon and this was lovely ( However wine is very expensive !!! ) I finished the day with a mini manicure at 1.15 which was lovely and the staff were very friendly ,well turned out and professional. Lots of cleaning going on while i was there the place was spotless. All in all great value for money

Nice spa, steam room and relaxation room, but pool was too cold for my liking and no jucuzzi. To crowded in the spa area to really relax.

Great food and the beauty treatment was lovely, but sadly the spa area is very small, it was overcrowded when we were there and the plunge pool was too cold.

Had a lovely massage, the therapist was great at getting into all my knots while still being relaxing. Good little hotel spa and relaxation room to use before/ after your treatment. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Lovely aromatherapy message and fab deal from Wahanda! It's a bonus to be able to use the spa before your treatment and relax in the chillout room afterwards. The pool was freezing so unfortunately didn't use it but maybe I will be braver next time!

I loved the massage and the facilities one could use before and after. One of the jets in the pool didn't seem to be working and it's a pity it's so small, but otherwise I was very impressed and enjoyed my visit.

It was a little annoying that there wasnt free parking but I guess you can't expect this in hotels. It was either 12 for the full day or buy an all day pass for 5 inside the actual hotel, so do this if you are going to go! The staff were very nice and bubbly but professional. I used the gym while my boyfriend went for food. The gym was very small but I was actually able to do all exercises i needed to. Free weights, bench, cables, machines, cardio machines and mats. The lady took me us for a tour, and took me into the changing rooms and showed me to my locker, handing me a robe and some towels. Changing rooms were nice and clean and had extra towels in there, hair dryers, big lockers, nice big private showers, private changing areas and also little extras like cotton buds and cotton wool. We relaxed in the steam room, sauna and relaxation room. I had a dip in the pool but this is really all you can do as its very small. It's a little awkward if other people are in there as there is no windows to really look out of and its very small and personal. We had our moroccan ritual treatment first,. We had no idea what to expect as we have never had one, and it was actually a pretty funny and interesting experience. You lather yourself in body mud, face mud and a lovely smelling exfoliant, in a private chamber with hoses and steam. We actually had a mud and water fight in there which ended up with us having mud everywhere, but then the showers come on and you wash yourself off. Then you put body oil on and your skin feels amazing. Unfortunately we had a very long wait inbetween our treatments and there is only so much you can do in a sauna and steam room. It got boring and we ended up sitting by the pool on our mobile phones, which was the opposite of what we were meant to be doing, but the lady did tell me these are the only times they had, and it was last minute so I cant complain. There is tea and water and apples for you to have, but I was very hungry having gone to the gym at 12 and waiting until 4:30 for the last treatment. Which was very worth the wait though, we had a couples massage. It was my boyfriends first time at a spa day so it was a nice experience for him. The lady who done my massage was very good and listened to me when I told her which areas needed more attention. I even got a head massage which i dont think was part of the package! We sadly didnt have enough time to enjoy our champagne and strawberries as we rushed out for a restaurant reservation. But it was a really nice day and i cant fault anything, apart from the size of the pool area but thats not somethign which can be helped, nor does this reflect on the staff there. Thanks for a lovely day, very good deal!

I visited the Spa for a massage and took advantage of the spa facilities before my treatment. The Spa was fairly busy as it was the weekend, but still didn't feel too crowded for such a small space. A jacuzzi would be the final touch to make it perfect!
My massage was amazing and the therapist was great, massaging all the stress and aches out of my back! Would return in the future for a couple of hours of relaxation.

Nice hotel spa and very good value if you buy a special deal from Wahanda :)
My husband and I enjoyed using the spa facilities before our treatments. A bigger pool and jacuzzi would make this an even more relaxing venue. My Shellac manicure lasted a couple of weeks and the therapist did a great job of shaping my nails and cuticles but had a few minor smudges.
Would definitely return for some relaxation and a treatment before a bit of shopping or afternoon tea!

Very enjoyable spa morning. The gym and pool are quite small, but still are perfect to work up a bit of a sweat before enjoying a relaxing treatment. My 1 hour exfoliation and massage was very professional and would recommend. The ambiance of the spa was nice too.

Lovely afternoon tea: very filling and they even gave us a milkshake each on top of the tea!
Friendly staff: calm, patient approach
Relaxing ambience: just the right music and smells
Treatments: they allowed us to have a shellac manicure for the same price as the mini manicure which was included in the package.

Went with a couple of friends to The Spa and spent an enjoyable afternoon there. Firstly, the staff - from booking, to on the day enquiries and helpfulness, they really are great and as a team should be proud. The actual treatment was lovely, not as firm as I usually like it, but it was firm enough and I was totally relaxed afterwards. The pool area is on the small side, and although the loungers are great, the water temperature of the pool was a little bit chilly and one of the jets doesn't work. The sauna and steam room are good too. I didn't go in the sleeping room because my friend said that the door didn't have a soft close on it so it made a noise every time it shut and you could still hear pool area outside. We had the afternoon tea option so went to the restaurant afterwards. Music was a bit too loud, coming from chilled spa. Standard of food was great, although they didn't have plain scones as well as raisin one which I was slightly disappointed by. All in all good day and I would go back.

The Spa at the Radisson hotel had a lovely calming atmosphere as soon as I entered. The facilties include small jet pool, steam room, sauna and gym. For the cost which included an hour-long treatment and use of the facilities it was very good value.

Great treatment (body scrub and massage) and I loved that you could use the spa facilities before my treatment. Nice relaxation room to chill out in (but please someone close the door to keep it quiet!), steam room and sauna were good but pool and showers a little chilly.
Would definitely return for another treatment!
