Thoroughly enjoyable day spent at The Spa at Radisson Blu Edwardian Guildford. Massage was perfect, spa facilities very clean and the right ambiance, lunch was delightful. All staff throughout were attentive and friendly. I will be back! Highly recommend!

Bought for my Mum as a Mother's Day present and we went on the 11th August. It was an excellent spa day, we felt thoroughly spoilt and both enjoyed ourselves immensely. We both had a back, neck and shoulder massage done by Natasha who was very professional, friendly and extremely good at her job. The steak lunch was delicious and the restaurant staff only continued to deliver the high level of service that we had experienced in the spa. This was a return visit for myself and I am so pleased I decided to go here with my Mum. Thank you to all the staff who made it such a great experience! We will be back :-) !

Lovely afternoon, just a little disappointed there was no hot tub or jacuzzi to relax in as the pool wasn't really suitable for this.

The staff were not that friendly (all but one was welcoming), the massage wasn't very good at all but the steam therapy was fun. We were supposed to have champagne and strawberries but weren't offered it until after the treatments as alcohol and treatments are not allowed there. By that time we had to leave to relieve our babysitter so asked if there was any way we could have a voucher to come back for the champagne and strawberries but they said it was then or 'not at all!'. It was a shame, it felt rushed and impersonal...very much 'computer says no!'. My husband and I so rarely have time away from our young children and were disappointed with the experience.

Had a fantastic time. Massage we had was great. Food was lovely although I couldn't eat it all as there was so much! Spa facilities were clean and relaxing.

The afternoon visit was enjoyable. Hotel has a day parking deal but you need the barrier pass before entering. We found the staff very helpful and happy to help. Before our treatments we had an afternoon tea in The Steak and Lobster restaurant. Try to spend some time in the relaxation room. Overall an enjoyable time. Would definitely return.

Bought as a gift for my partner and her sister as a treat. They totally enjoyed it and would go again.
The only let down for me was it was advertised with a steak or lobster lunch, but they only were given cup cakes and sandwiches and the restaurant was not aware of them and had to wait till that was sorted. Overall though they enjoyed the experience.

Lovely hotel, very clean and new. However the very small pool is starting to show some wear. There were tiles missing around the edge and a line of dirt all the way round the pool that came off when touched. Yuck. Also, the bubble machines in the pool weren't working, which was quite disappointing. Overall though, a nice visit, with an excellent meal in the restaurant.

was one of the best I’ve ever had. She is very friendly and makes you feel very welcome. Her office was a little hard to find, as other reviewers have mentioned, but once you find it and get settled in, you’re gold.
I liked that she took a thorough history from you before you got the massage, and offered you some refreshing lemony water to sip on while you filled it out. When I handed back the form to her, she actually read it and followed up with a couple of questions; I appreciated that she didn’t just skim it over and dismiss what I wrote.
The massage itself was unbelievably relaxing. I dozed off! Before the massage even began, Nicole did take a moment to mention that it’s perfectly fine if I doze off and she’d take it as a compliment. I always like when a masseuse takes a moment to make sure you’re comfortable.
I learned about Nicole through a group buy site, and used my voucher for my visit. But I will definitely think of her for the full price the next time I want/need a massage!!

We booked the Take Two package using some vouchers we had accumulated from our Tesco clubcard points. Was a really quick process once the codes came through within the hour from Tesco and booked straight away. Confirmation informed us to contact the Spa to confirm a time with them and did exactly that. We got a 3pm time slot for the Moroccan Steam Cleansing Ritual and a Couples massage. We arrived about 2 hours before our appointment to use the Spa facilities. We had to queue at the hotel reception to get a card to let us into their car park which cost £5 for the whole day. There are limited spaces apparently, on a first come first served basis, so bare that in mind. We knew from reviews that the spa facilities was small, but didn’t realise how small until we got there. You could probably do about 10 front crawl strokes before reaching the other side of the very small pool. There were limited seats around the pool with doors into the sauna, steam room and showers off the main pool area. There is a separate relaxation room which had a nice ambience, but unfortunately when we were in there, there was a constant rotating banging sound coming from behind the steam room which destroyed the mood. The Moroccan Steam Cleansing Ritual was a new experience which involved rubbing each other with mud, then you go into a steam room and when the steam is on, you rub the sea salt on yourselves, then steam again and a shower comes on to wash all the mud and salt off. At the end you smother oil all over leaving you feeling and smelling refreshed. My fiancé is a big fellow, and the bowl of mud we got wasn't really enough to cover him unfortunately, so that's why it lost a star.
However, the massage was great. They really worked the calves and the shoulder blade area loosening the muscles. Was really worth it that 1 hour just zoomed by!! Afterwards we relaxed in the relaxation room and then got changed to get our inclusive glasses of champagne from the bar.
Overall, it was a great experience. The stream room was my favourite. The sauna was a little too dry for me. It was Tesco vouchers well spent for a great treat!! Would definitely recommend to people who want to experience a great massage and who are not too bothered about the facilities there.

We really enjoyed the experience. The treatments were great. The facilities and the pool are very small and it wouldn't been very enjoyable if it was very busy, but we went early and it was quiet. I would go again. Note- the pool was too small and cold to swim in

My massage was nice however the room was slightly cold and the couch quite hard. I could not get comfortable. My therapist yawned 7 times throughout the treatment which was rather offputting! Sauna, steam room and lunch was very nice.

Relaxation room played very loud music and could not relax so asked for it to be turned down, was told it could not be. My daughter came in later and said I am going to ask for the music to be turned down it is too loud. I said I had already asked and told it could not be reduced. It was so unrelaxing we moved to the pool area. Lights were turned off twice, a gentleman trying to read asked for them to be turned back on. Therapist arrived late for my pedicure. This consisted of water wiped over the top of my feet, nails trimmed and very scant file. Base coat, two nail polish coats and top coat and that was it. I asked at reception what was a pedicure treatment and she informed me that I should have had a foot scrub and cuticles treated also. As I did not have this she called the duty manager. He said he could not do anything but would get the spa manager to call me. No call, bad enough to have sub-standard treatment but being ignored as if it does not matter, very bad form. Would not recommend spa or treatment.

I had a great morning . Started off with the Spa . Its a basic spa area but it was clean and the ambience was lovely, very relaxing . It was not busy when i went so had lots of me time . Went for a two course lunch in the afternoon and this was lovely ( However wine is very expensive !!! ) I finished the day with a mini manicure at 1.15 which was lovely and the staff were very friendly ,well turned out and professional. Lots of cleaning going on while i was there the place was spotless. All in all great value for money
