We had a lovely day at Brands Hatch Spa. The treatments were all excellent although it would would have been nice for the ones who had the shape and polish to have had this later as pulling up and down a wet costume rather spoiled the finish. The Relaxation rooms were great. We liked having one to sit and chat and one to be quiet. Unfortunately the information from treatwell to the Spa had not included that our package included lunch - it was sorted but not without some worry. I would recommend taking your own hair and shower products - I could not get a lather even after 3 washes! Staff were nice but the womean who showed us round needs to learn to slow her speech down - we had great trouble understanding what she said. On the whole, however, a good day and I would book again.

Couldn't find our booking- made to feel very awkward because of that. Friend was very sick when she got home. Emailed hotel - no reply - feel like they didn't care. Extras very expensive. Jacuzzi very very hot..massage - lovely

Really lovely introduction and tour round the facilities, with great paperwork pack as a reminder of times and info. Staff great and Abby was my masseuse and pedicurist. She was the right side of chatty and interested whilst staying professional and tailoring the treatments to me. The music kept coming on and then going off abruptly through my massage, Abby apologised after the treatment and said she'd fed it back to her manager which I though was all incredibly well handled. I felt very comfortable throughout and the facilities were clean and, despite being spread about 2 floors, had a nice feel about them. Lunch consisted of decent sized portions for starter and main and I was well looked after but left alone to dine which was nice. All round lovely experience

Had a very enjoyable and relaxing day with my daughter and the staff were particularly attentive. We also enjoyed our champagne tea but would have preferred some sandwiches in place of the cakes; the scones were delicious though!
