We booked our spa day in January for March and it got cancelled on us 9am on the day, We reschedule for May which was fine, When we arrived we had to pay a £5 fee to use the water facility which was disappointing the Jacuzzi wasn’t working. They didn’t give us a robe but offered us slippers but never come back with them. Later on in the pool we saw people with robes and slippers on. We were ANNOYED!!! Treatments were ok just gutted that she had to use a glove on one of her hands due to a cut so my massage was very uncomfortable!!!

It's impossible to say whether this place is any good or not. I bought a voucher to visit and four weeks on (after calling and emailing) nobody has bothered getting back in touch with me to even make an appointment. They really shouldn't even still be advertising on here. I got fed up and cancelled my voucher. DON' T waste your time!!!

I bought a voucher on the 31/12 took two weeks of phoning and emailling to speak
To anyone! Then had to wait three months for a appointment which should be tomorrow!
They called me today and cancelled and now of course I can't contact them
Again- nightmare!

I would not recommend this spa to anyone who doesn't want to have things stolen out of there changing room lockers! This happened to me on a visit 2 days ago. It was a shame for me as this was bought for me as a birthday present and I was so looking forward to going to the Hilton - which by the way - this isn't actually a Hilton spa. Spa 303 rent a room from the Hilton for there salon facilities. I had my coat stolen out of my locker and the staff on duty didn't really bother too much, instead they tried fobbing me off! Then a male member of staff tried telling me that it never happens at their spa, trying to insinuate that I am the first person to report a missing item or that I myself had lost it which I was pretty offended about. In the end I had to leave without my coat and go home. The next day I called back and spoken to a nice lady who is currently on the case. However I will not be returning back here and would advise if people do want to try it out, do not take valuables along as there are thieves in that place.

When I went here I got asked to pay a weekend supplement to use the facilities!? I didn't mind to pay it as I thought the spa facilities would be nice but in all fearness I was slightly disappointed as the steam room was closed down out of order & the jacuzzis was quiete cold. The pool was very nice though & the treatments were lovely, the therapist was friendly polite and good. I heard the spa - salon will change name soon & being revamped. I might visit again. Nice location.

I am also shocked at the service here at this spa. I have emailed, left messages, even been in and it is impossible to book with a voucher. Also the one and only time to spoke to someone they said they had nothing for a month and nothing on weekends for 3 months! What a joke. DO NOT BOOK!!!

DO NOT BOOK!!!I am absolutely appalled at the service I received at this spa. My 4 colleagues and I are staying at the hotel this weekend. We emailed ahead to check there were appointments available before booking the Wahahda voucher. I then called consistently but there was no answer so I emailed with my wahanda voucher number to book three weeks before the appointment, knowing that there were available appointments as they told us there were. Then finally 10 days later a staff member got back to me and said there were no appointments available. The staff are rude and very unhelpful. This has totally ruined our hotel stay as we are having to find somewhere else to go even though we are staying in hotel and checked to make sure there were appointments before booking!

I had a relaxed session in the gym, then through to the spa area. It was compact with good views, the pool is built overhanging the street! The hot tub timer was good to let me know I was too relaxed, and I did a bit of swimming. The treatments were lovely and very relaxing. My tense muscles were improved, and my skin was nice after the facial.

Good location.
Good list of treatments.
Nice friendly staff.
A little pricey.
Would be fab if the Hilton would arrange a discounted rate for using the adjacent NCP car park

They were running late despite there was nobody in front of us. They never even spoke to us to say how long they would be. They didn't seem to cope with the fact that it was two guys to well. When we did have the massage it was nothing special. I would never recommend that place to anyone - it was such a disappointment.

I visited spa 303 with my mum for her birthday, I booked two massages and gel FX manicures for us to have and it was the best treatments I've ever had. When we arrived the receptionist who greeted us was very nice and friendly and she offered us drinks whilst we waited. The treatment itself was very good I was very impressed, I've been to quite a few spas and this honestly was the best massage I've ever had. I was also very pleased with my nails the therapist did a really good job and she was very professional. After the treatment the therapist showed us the changing rooms and provided us with towels, the spa facilities were fantastic I was really relaxed and really enjoyed my time there. My mum also had a good time and enjoyed her birthday present, I would definitely visit again.

my sister and I recently visited the spa 303, and for what we received for the price we paid was outstanding.

We booked in to use the facilities just an hour and a half before our treatments as we'd looked online and was advised by a young man when booking that we could take full advantage of the pool, sauna and steam room and jacuzzi there were a few lounges around the pool if we wanted to relax after a swim etc, what more do you need!

On arrival we did the boring part first and got it out the way which was the consent forms, we then were introduced to our therapist who showed us round the changing rooms and to the pool, we were advised to wait in the facilities and the therapist would come and collect us right before our treatments, which was nice as we didn't have to keep clock watching.

The treatments we had were amazing the treatment rooms had a beautiful aroma about them from the products that naturally relaxed you along with the pleasant therapists and music, all in all we paid £60 each for our body treatments which consisted of a full body exfoliation and a massage we also went halves on a 241 facials which was an extra £30 so we paid £90 each for a pleasant morning using the facilities followed by 2 and a quarter hours of pure relaxation, I couldn't fault it for the service, treatment and value.

Finishing the day off with High tea on the 23rd floor which was delicious with amazing views of manchester.

I got a voucher and went for a 2 for 1 spa day with my friend where we had 75 min facials / arm massage.

First of all it must be noted that this place is not really a 'spa', as you would usually think of one. We waited in seats in a hall for out treatments, with kids running around going to the pool, hotel guests getting lost, and businesspeople going to the gym. The pool, sauna and steam room are nice, but the whole thing has a local swimming pool feel, not a indulgence for the senses.

The facial however was lovely, and the therapist was nice. The range of products they have is fabulous and they didn't try to sell me anything. I've only had a couple of facials (I'm more of a massage person) so I don't have a great deal of experience to compare it to, but I really enjoyed it and I was totally relaxed and happy by it all.

The arm and hand massage was a bit odd but again, very relaxing.

Pros: Good price. Nice therapist. Good range of products, not 'one-size-fits-all'. No hard sell. Nice, but small, steam room / pool / jacuzzi area.

Cons: Really cold in my therapy room. When my therapist wasn't massaging me, I was getting goose pimples. Changing rooms are very utilitarian, not luxurious at all.

Overall I'd be happy to go again but I'd prefer to try somewhere else first.
