my eyebrows aren't being done properly? their not actually threaded very good therefore I'm not very happy with this i hope it improves

I booked for 10:30 but it was so busy i had to go shopping then come back and after 1 hour 30 minutes i still had to wait, my eyebrows have also not been done well, not pleased

I have been to Sonia's Beauty and had various treatments. The waxing I'm very pleased with. I have never experienced a bad wax yet. I get my eyebrows threaded all the time here. I don't go no where else as I only trust the staff here. One bit of advise if you want the same shape or different it's better to let the staff know as they always try their very best to get it right to how you want it. Yesterday I had the head massage along with back massage. I found it very relaxing, the lady that carried it out was experienced as I have had many massages abroad in different countries and it left me feeling less stressed and got a good nights sleep. I have been going to this salon for a while and highly recommend it to anyone that is looking for a safe and welcoming treatment. Well done to all staff there and especially Sonia with the quality of services provided on every visit.
Had my eyebrows done and unfortunately it wasn't a good experience. The lady did not even bother asking me how it was, took 2 minutes to finish and did not even apply a cooling gel after threading!! She just kept chatting with her colleague rather than focusing on doing a good job and it was clearly wasn't worth it!

I've been going to get my eyebrows threaded at Sonias beauty for around 2 years now and ive only ever had 1 problem which was resolved with a refund but i feel in the 2 years it has really improved! the lady who done my eyebrows done them really well, she kept them thick and in the shape i like so overall great experience
