Lovely overnight stay here. Hotel room clean. Spa facilities good. Very relaxing. Could have done without schoolchildren playing with inflatables and throwing them round the pool though!! Lovely meal but the lamb was a bit too pink for me although it was nice. Didn't ask how we liked it done. Breakfast tasty. Good selection of foods and drinks. Staff very pleasant although was a bit of a language barrier with one of the restaurant staff. Hard to understand what she was saying when telling us about the menu. Will definitely be returning for another overnight stay. Very good value for money on lastminute, com. Highly recommended.

A lovely hotel, very well decorated and incredible setting. bedrooms are a bit simple and modern which seems odd but I am sure the suites are stunning.
Staff are very attentive and professional. Food is excellent.
The only thing that let this hotel down was guests. Loud, unruly, drinking in the Spa etc. I am not an over sensitive guest and enjoy a drink myself but this was a level too far.The hotel should have cracked down on this but seemed reluctant to do so. Shame.

highly recommend this spa to anyone nice relaxing especially for friend who is due her first baby soon and defiantly going back with husband! Value for money brilliant but don't go if you want shops to wonder round or outside things to do as there is none.

We really enjoyed our break at Loch Fyne Hotel and Spa. The room was spacious, clean and the bowl of fresh fruit instantly made us feel welcome. Staff was very friendly and did a good job overall.

The food was of a high standard with good advice on and a broad selection of wines (for dinner). For breakfast there was a buffet and a selection of cooked breakfasts, which in our case was at no extra charge.

We had unlimited access to the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and hot tub (within opening hours). We also had a massage which was very good. Only downside was that the masseuses did not introduce themselves. This might be normal -this was the first time we've done this- but to us it felt slightly odd. No complaints about the massage itself whatsoever though. Definitely worth it.

We had a brilliant weekend. Staff were very friendly, helpful and professional and often went above and beyond the call of duty (i.e. we overheard a guest asking a waiter about the times of church services for the next day, the waiter advised he wasn't sure but would call his mum on his next break to find out and then let the man know). Basket of fruit on arrival was a nice touch although some of the fruit was a bit past its best. Food was excellent for flavour, taste and presentation although the portions were slightly on the small side. Loved the real fires and chilled atmosphere within the hotel. Leisure facilities were fantastic, loved the extremely hot temperature of the jacuzzi. Will definately be returning :)

the package was excellent value for money. the treatments we had were spot on, the staff were very friendly and helpful. the restaurant staff were also excellent. the service was very fast, each course was delivered within minutes of the last one but they didn't make you feel rushed. food was cooked perfectly. unfortunately the hot tub was out of action the whole time we were there - hence the lower rating of the spa facilities. room was clean - would definitely recommend it.

however, I would like to add you should check directly with the hotel for the same deal. I checked afterwards and they were offering the same package for less money. the wahanda staff were not helpful when price matching. lesson learnt!

A fabulous two day break in a great hotel with a stunning location. The treatments were spot on, the staff lovely, welcoming and helpful. The leisure centre, with swimming pool sauna, steam room and jacuzzi was perfect for a couple of oldies! We swam twice a day. The food was great apart from one breakfast, where we had salmon and scrambled eggs. This was presented on two slices of toast, which were wet and soggy under the egg, and the salmon was very sparse, so I wouldn't recommend going for that option. The first day we had the full cooked breakfast with haggis and black pudding - it was lovely. Dinner was a set menu with a choice of two dishes, and the quality was excellent. As far as the treatments are concerned my husband loved the massage especially, whilst I liked the lime salt scrub, and was so pleased with the treatments that I booked in for a pedicure too. Whole trip was brilliant!

Two night freedom break was an excellent deal. The service and facilities of the hotel were great. Both the service and food in the restaurant were also exceptional. On that note we were pleasantly surprised by the fruit basket waiting in the room upon our arrival. Thank-you for a great time, just what we needed.

Total relaxation in all the spa areas, the overall hotel was very nice and the food was amazing, will return to this hotel again and would recomend it others. Also the views from the hotel are worth the journey alone.

I would recommend this hotel and spa to all my family and friends. The deal I got through Wahanda was excellent.
I really needed this well deserved break and even the weather couldn't spoil it.
I would definately visit again.
