I was looking forward to this massage as I'd had a stiff shoulder for some time. Sole Beauty is located inside a very noisy hair salon so even though the massage was in a separate room, it wasn't very relaxing as you could hear all the shouting and loud music outside. Zefney, my masseuse, was very nice and did ask what kind of pressure I wanted, which was good. She started off well but after about 10 minutes, it just became very perfunctory. It was supposed to be a 30 minute back, neck and shoulder massage but my shoulders and neck were pretty neglected. She tried very hard on my stiff point, but to be honest, what she was doing was actually quite painful. Also I didn't feel very relaxed when it was over. When I left she offered me a 20% discount for next time, but I don't think I will be returning. If it is a good massage, you can still feel the effects the next day but that didn't happen on this occasion.

The place is a bit chaotic (more a busy hairdressing salon than a relaxing beauty parlour) but really friendly beautician who did the best wax I've ever had- hardly any pain, great finish and very rapid!

This theraputic massage was absolutely brilliant and completely rejuvenating. Angela quickly identified areas which I wanted her to concentrate on and was very systematic and thorough in her approach. I booked an appointment for 11 which the auto-booking system had double-booked so happily moved it to 12 noon. This meant that the salon was in full flow with lots of hair customers and loud popular music which wasn't quite tuned out by the calming music in the massage room. However, it did not really make the experience any less pleasurable and I was given a 20% off voucher for the next time I am in need of some R&R. Will definitely visit Sole Beauty at The Runway again!

it was ok but not brilliant. It did not take 45 minutes. The lady was really nice to talk however i am not sure whether she did a good pedicure

My manicurist was chatty and friendly. She did a great job on my nails (especially cleaning up my dry cuticles). Would definitely go back if I lived nearby!! Only reason not to give the full 5 stars is that she was running 5-10mins late.
