I got a great spray tan for my holiday in France, the staff were really helpful as patient as I had lots of questions as a first time user. Machine was simple to use and the next day I had a glowing tan.

I have gone to see Zefney several times and she is a brilliant therapist. I have been to several places to have my waxing done in the past, but Zefney is by far the best and does it very quickly. I originally went the Clapham Junction branch which was admittedly quite small, but since visiting the Victoria branch on my last visit I bought a course of waxing as it is very clean, modern and relaxing. I would definitely recommend it and it is extremely reasonable for the fantastic and friendly service. Thank you Zefney and see you soon!!
Appointment was cancelled a few hours before, I tried to find an alternative venue but it was too short notice and I've had to go to my event without.

It was very good but the venue was quite hard to find. The only bad thing was that my appointment was quite late.

What a terrible service! They cancelled the service on my birthday 3hrs before the appointment due to beautician falling sick. I asked for a refund and I was told that it would be sorted out with the management - still didn't hear from them! I do not recommend that place .
