Anna took some skin off underneath my right brow, realised what she’d done and did the exact same thing on my left brow. I was in so much pain and she did not show me a mirror. I went home and realised what had happened so went back the next day to get my refund. I have not been offered my refund and it’s now been over a WEEK. Despicable behaviour and WILL NEVER GOING TO GO AGAIN.
