I came here following the great reviews for waxing. They're right that the therapist does everything to keep things painless and efficient - but do be aware that they re-use the same wax stick once it's been on your body (double dipping) which isn't hygienic even if they say bacteria is killed by the heat. If that's not a problem for you, then I'd reccomend it. If they changed this practice (I wouldn't mind paying slightly more if they did) I'd be happy to return. Another point - their wax heater seems to heat at different rates so there seemed to be a higher risk of burning. Finally, I wasn't asked to sign any waiver or release form which seemed unusual.
My wax was good, thorough and fairly pain free. The only thing I’d note is the rooms are curtains so could hear other treatments, and there was one which sounded uncomfortable which was slightly off putting.
