First time trying it and had the best experience, Luma is the best in London by far! I needed a post-lockdown pamper and that’s exactly what I got, left feeling super happy and confident. She’s the fairy godmother we all need 100% recommend

This was a traumatising experience. I booked with Fabiana (full arms, full legs and brazilian), but when I arrived I discovered that she was not there so Luma had to do my wax. She was clearly in rush as there was another customer waiting for for extensions. It was was super quick (less than 30), and she didn't put any attentions and she missed big spots and did in the wrong way. Also, the place was dirty and not really Covid safe, When it was done - I literally run away!
She was very nice and welcoming! It was my first time going to her. Made me feel very relaxed. Great conversation with her too. Thank you!
