Lady was late for my appointment tho she was very apologetic. Did a shorter treatment anyway either didn’t notice I purchased a different one or decided I didn’t need the extra 15 minutes of polish. Reception refunded the difference and I’m pretty happy with the cleanness of my teeth anyway. Pretty sure my treatment said I was gonna get a toothbrush at the end but wasn’t even offered a mini toothpaste Overall ok place not sure if I’ll return
