I bought a groupon deal of 6 sessions of laser hair removal here and used them on my bikini line. The treatment itself was quite good and I could see results straight away. What I liked about this place was that there was no restrictions on the amount of bikini line you wanted off. They ask you to shave what you don't want including the underneath on your lips and some side of your leg (if your hair goes that far). As far as laser hair removal goes, the treatments were good and even after 2 years I still have significantly less hair than I originally went in with. Some hair has grown back but every laser clinic should make it clear to you that the treatments are never permanent, they just make your hair follicles dormant for a significant amount of time. Some treatments were better than others, depending on the therapist you would get. Some are really thorough and some are slightly careless to the point of having to remind them to do an area that they've forgotten. One girl was amazing, she was an asian (indian) girl, quite young but I don't remember her name. She was mega thorough every time and super nice as well. All round I would recommend this place - maybe ask for a particular therapist if you've found one that you like there.

Finished a course of treatments there a while ago. The results were fine but I needed to continue treatments and have found somewhere else to go.

It's the place that bothers me. When I first started going it seemed fine. The therapist I was dealing with was ok, the reception staff, pleasant enough, but fairly soon I had the feeling they just want your money. Watch out for Penny. She may be the manageress, I'm not sure, but she seemed to try and sell me deals, like she was on some sort of personal commission or something. Not a pleasant woman when she's in your face like she's trying to do you a favour then acting all cold because you are not interested.

I would say go elsewhere. The treatments are pretty standard, I guess (as I was only in for the one) but their treatment of the customers is where they fail.

Staff are professional and make me feel that I am in qualified, capable hands whenever I go, despite the fact that they are occasionally a bit unfriendly (though seem to be getting friendlier with time). I initially bought a package on groupon and have since bought other treatments. Very clean and conveniently located, and there are always appointments available even at the last minute.

As time goes on one starts to age, so i decided to pay a visit to this clinic that was highly recommened by a friend that adviced me that they could help me from aging. I booked a consultation with Bernice who my friend spoke highly of, during the consultation Bernice was very helpful and honest which I liked about her. I told her that I wanted something to uplift me but still look very natural, also what my concerns were about injectables. She resured me that she will make me look very natural. After a few days of the treatment i was amazed by the results. Since then i have become a regular client.

i came across Skin Oasis on Groupon and found the deal for laser hair removal in 2011, ever since my first visit i have been very pleased with my treatments and the level of service i have recieved. Between then and now i have purchased more sessions for other areas as it does becomes addictive after seeing amazing results. Also i discovered they offer other treatments like facials.
The location of the clinic is perfect really easy to get to, staff are friendly, knowlegdeable and very helpful. I would recommend the clinic to all my friends and family.

I saw a deal on these discount websites for £1000 for all over laser hair removal. Just picture me running around my house waving my arms in the air while shouting 'I'm never going to have to shave again!'.

When I first went to their office to schedule my patch test I did notice that the staff seemed disorganised and I was left waiting for a long time in a closed room with no one advising me what was happening. Eventually after a long wait I had to go in search of someone to remind them I was there. I was far too excited to see a warning in their behaviour.

My 12 treatments took just shy of 2 years due to my appointments being rescheduled, and on a couple of occasions cancelled, without anyone notifying me. After having to book months in advance as the schedules were always booked solid, I would arrive at Skin Oasis (even with their confirmation texts and after phoning up to confirm) to find out my booking was an hour later or earlier (which meant I missed it or couldn't do it due to schedule conflicts) and on two occasions the therapist was on holiday (and on one occasion this was the owner herself I was booked with and had made the appointment directly with). No one was willing to take responsibility, which meant no one was even willing to make a simple apology, which made the situation that much more disappointing.

During the treatments I noticed that they were not lasering the whole area. I did bring this up with the therapist at the time and I was assured they were covering all areas.

After 2 years of avoiding the sun, missing out on fully enjoying our holidays, wearing horrible sticky factor 50 sunblock every. single. day. and having to go through 12 very painful sessions of hair removal, I still have hair. A lot of hair in fact. There is no single area that they lasered that is hair free. Some areas have worked better than others, my armpits and bikini only have a few straggly hairs, but my legs are patchy with areas of hair and areas of baldness. My arms are embarrassingly bad. I'm now stuck in a situation where I have to either shave my arms or wax them consistently as the bald/hair patches are so noticeable I can’t just go back to having hairy arms.

I did raise this with the owner at Skin Oasis, but I was brushed off. After setting up appointment after appointment to see her, and being fobbed off every time I showed up, I finally refused to leave until she saw me. There was nothing she was willing to do. On my first visit I was told I was a perfect candidate. I am very pale with very dark hair. On my last visit I was told I was a poor candidate, but there was no reason given why.

Please, if you are going to pay out a serious amount of money to have your treatments done, go to a practitioner that is going to take it seriously.

I would advise any of my friends to stay well clear of Skin Oasis to avoid the disappointment that I've had. It's was my dream of a lifetime that Skin Oasis has turned into a permanent nightmare.

I Have outbreaks of adult acne over the past year which are the result of a prescription drug so I did some research and found that NLite laser therapy is the best external treatment.

Found skin oasis and went for a consultation, the therapist / practice owner seemed extremely knowlegeable so I booked an appointment. She also recommended I use a glycolic acid containing wash to get the best out of the treatment for a week.

The actual treatment was wonderful. Despite never having laser therapy before she (the same lady that did my initial consultation) put me completely at my ease, despite the novel experience someone washing my face for me for the first time since I was a child or in hospital and even removing some nasty blackheads!

The actual NLite treatment was slightly painful but I could bear it, the next time I go I will put some numbing cream on. Afterwards she masaged some soothing hydrating gel so my face felt refreshed and looking in a mirror afterwards tthhe difference of the facial treatment if not the laser was vastly improved.

I would recommend this place to anyone even nervous first-time men,
