I have been visiting Sarah for a while now and to be honest she has made such a difference to my life. I often suffer with back ache and tight sore muscles due to working out. It seems no matter how much I stretch the only thing that helps is Sarahs sports massage. She checks your posture each time you visit and targets the pain. I have also tried a facial with Sarah she uses cosmeceutical products which deliver results she is professional and honest. I highly recommend her!
