I booked a body massage and pedicure, a very good value of monney, only £29.00 worth of £100 treatment. I enjoyed the massage and the room was clean. The therapist was friendly and I really recommend this salon, in the west end and it is quite handy if you work in the westend. She also offered me to buy the same deal on the day.

There's nothing like a good manicure - and that was nothing like a good manicure . Or pedicure.

Alarm bells began to ring when presented by the choice of nail varnish - LA Color - the 99p from Superdrug variety - in a garish (small) range of colours. I arrived after gardening, so my nails were not at their best. No soaking, no cleaning, no attention to cuticles, very little shaping. A bit of filing and buffing and some terrible painting. I really could have done better myself and took it off as soon as I got home. Same went for my feet.

I had booked an aromatherapy massage, and had a fairly pleasant massage, though it wasn't with aromatherapy oils.

My daughter also had treatments which included manicure with a different 'beautician' but her nails were little better (though she did get an undercoat).

Yes we did go with a Groupon vouchers, but I would guess that the company offered this offer in order to gain new customers. I certainly can't believe that people would pay £25 to have their nails painted so badly with inferior products. There didn't seem to be any other product option for non-Groupon customers. We certainly won't be returning.

therapist really nice but talked all the way through!! no very conducive to relaxation. boked hot stone massage but when we got there (went with friend) their machine wasnt working so had aromatherpay instead-was fairly good. the facial was below average tho and as the facial and massage done together face mask left on too long--came out with flaky whie bits on sides of my face afterwards!
Inside a gym/health club....not easiest place to find.

A nice salon and easy to find. Therapist was great and very knowledgeable, massage and facial were extremely relaxing so much so that I feel asleep a number of times. The therapist took her time and I didn't feel rushed to get up straight away I was left to relax.

i had a great massage at treat & revive. Good value and would highly recommend it. I've been back several times and used the same therapist. Was hesitant initially as I've never had a male therapist before but he was great and very professional.

Attended this place with my husband who had never had a treatment before. He was really worried but as soon as he met the staff in the spa he immediatly felt relaxed and at ease as they were very welcoming. I have been to many places but was very impressed with the treatment suites and how friendly and helpful the staff are. The receptionist was very helpful over the phone at the time of booking. It did take a while to get through on the booking line but it was well worth the wait. We have since rebooked for another treatment and they have told us they are installing a online booking system which will make booking easier. The massages we both had were excellent and they worked on every part of our body including my ears :). The therapist are so professional and I love the smells of the elemis product. I can see why they get such great reviews.

Got a deal through Groupon. After 2 weeks of calling, finally got through to make an appointment, although it was for 3 months later because of availability. Two days before the appointment, I receive a voicemail from a man asking me to call the spa, without leaving a number. After searching for the number online, only to find the phone system was shut and would only open again after my scheduled appointment. So, had to email them, only to be told that they had to cancel my appointment for the weekend citing their deal with Groupon no longer does weekends, unapologetically . This place is severely under-staffed and run by apathetic people whose priority is not about service. I'm not sure why they have signed up for a program that they cannot honour. It's a shame, I was really looking forward to my treatments.

its a shame you didn't get to go to this spa and have a treatment because you have rated them a one star without even going there. Their customer service is exceptional and if you have a treatment there you would see how kind and professional their staff are. They spent a lot of time and effort ensuring I was well looked after and think its unfair that you can be allowed to write a review and only rate them 1 star when you haven't even been there. Shame on you!

The facial was lovely at Treat and Revive. It was nice that the staff were so friendly and made me feel very welcome. The whole place had a nice feel to it and it was all very relaxing. Would come again and hope that Wahanda have some more great deals with Treat and Revive!

After almost a year of having my voucher and calling plenty, I still have had no success actually making a booking. Tried when I first got the voucher and could never get through and when I did, all fully booked sessions because of voucher. Now, towards the end of the voucher life, still can never get an answer or an appointment. Tried sending texts too. Worked it out that I have called over 30 times. Silly! Surely they realise how much business they must be losing by not having enough staff to answer the phone or enough staff to meet the demand. If I ever get there, Ill tell you what the spa is like.

As others have said, this is not a spa - its a beauty salon in a gym. The 'relaxation area' is in an open space between the gym, a cardio classroom and a hairdressing salon. It was difficult getting through on the number to make a booking. It was a very good deal with Wahanda but I would not pay full price. My therapist was sweet but not particularly skilled.

The therapist made this spa experience delightful. Friendly, professional and a fountain of knowledge!
The spa is in the same building as a gym and on arrival there was no receptionist so I was kept waiting, but apart from this my experience was good. Some facilities do need updating e.g the shower and the relaxing music was a little loud!
My treatments were fab and my facial was the best ever leaving my skin glowing. Don't expect opulence and be patient trying to get through on the phone to book your appointment.

The therapy room was very nice and had a good ambience, and the therapist was very friendly and pleasant. I thoroughly enjoyed the facial and the time taken for it, but the waxing however was so-so. I was left with quite a lot of wax as well as hairs which had not been removed on my legs. I would have been better off doing it myself. The pedicure was good although I would have enjoyed a greater range of quality varnish.

I had a two hour full body massage and it was brilliant. Great pressure and really nice therapist. The girl who booked me in also gave me a complimentary half hour facial as an added bonus.

This was my second visit to Treat and Revive, and although it is located in a noisy gym, the head massage and chocolate body wrap just melted away all the noise! Great therapist!

I have now been twice to the treat and revive spa and it just gets better. The therapist was very nice and professional. This second time he incorporated hot stones into my massage and there was also ambient music. He was very considerate of my own individual needs. It was great value for money and I shall certainly be going again. I came away very relaxed.

Great location, great staff and excellent value for money. I must say the customer service at this venue is exeptional. I had a facial, massage and a scalp massage and my friend had a manicure, pedicure and body wrap. The treatments were amazing, really professional and my skin glowed for days after. I bought a Matis moisturiser and love it, when I go back in a couple of weeks I'll get a cleanser too as the range is fantastic.

My friend absolutely loved her treatment too, we are both going back in a couple of weeks! Highly reccommended
