The Edwardian Raddison Blue is a fabulous 5* hotel and Spa I will defiantly be going here again. I however very much regret using Wahanda services. Firstly the package was sold incorrectly and when asked for the "small print" for further clarification on treatments I was told I could choose ANY 60min treatment. The Spa wouldn't allow me to choose ANY 60min treatment until Wahanda spoke to them on my behalf. It was one of many mistakes which could have been verified if Wahanda took the time and effort to research what they are selling. I was especially annoyed because the voucher was sold as an over night deal and included "free onsite car parking". The Edwardian Raddiaon Blu DOES NOT HAVE A CARPARK. Tedious. Sale of Goods Act 1979!!!! Again after several 0800 phone calls (more money) Wahanda informed me I could use a NCP carpark and they would refund me the value of the ticket. And to this day I haven't received my £36 refund from the ticket I sent in 6weeks ago. Simply contact the hotel and book this package direct, save yourself money and heartache! Mrs Sargent

My son bought me a treat at this Hotel Spa which I used today. I have been in 5 star West End London hotels and can say without a doubt, the staff at this hotel are first class. On arrival I was met with a friendly courteous welcome and directed to the spa. The staff at the Sienna Spa were superb and I enjoyed a one hour full body massage, it was heaven and I highly recommend this Manchester venue. Top Class!!! I am looking forward to my next visit!

One thing to remember - service at Sienna Spa is incredibly poor. I booked my facial appointment 2 days in advance - and was quite surprised they could fit me in at such a short notice. When booking on the phone, I specified that I would ideally like to have an appointment at 10am but definitely no later than 11am as I had my train tickets booked for 12.15pm. I've been told that an appointment at 10.30am is available.

I did not receive any confirmation of time or any reminder of the appointment. However, when I showed up at 10.30 on the day, a lady in the reception told me my appointment is at 11.15am. I repeated that I am not able to change the appointment time. So I've been asked to sit down for a bit while they sort it out for me.

After a bit, another lady came over with a form to fill. Which I did. Wasting more time. When I brought the form back to the reception, I've been told again that my treatment is at 11.15am. Ladies at the reception said this is the time I've been originally booked for and did not care about the fact that I've been told the wrong time on the phone. I've been offered to move my treatment to another day - and that's the end of the story.

It's a place that disrespects its customers and does not care for their needs. I'm definitely never coming back. But if you have a 45 minutes to spare before your treatment - go ahead (bring your own magazines, by the way, because otherwise you'll just have to sit there and stare at the wall.
