I had really very good deep tissue massage that day and I would like to recommend it for everybody. You'll enjoy!

Great massage & good value.
Lovely relaxing experience.
The only small distraction was that each client is separated only by a curtain...so slight disturbance is created when another customer is chatting at the start or end of their treatment.

The massage itself was good but I'd booked in for a 2 hour massage and the masseuse ended it after 1 hour. I only realised as I was about to leave the building what time it was, but the chap on reception (Chris) was happy enough to provide me with a voucher for the extra hour and was apologetic. It seems it was just miscommunication maybe, but it was frustrating nonetheless. I was happy enough with the actual massage and how the situation was rectified though.

Extremely thorough and felt brand new afterwards, lovely relaxing music and quiet upstairs area with no distractions made for a great experience

Okay, so here's a few of the negatives of my visit to siam spa centre. At the beginning if the massage when my therapist asked me what kind of pressure I'd prefer, I said medium - firm, however the massage for the the most part consisted of very light pressure being used which was extremely irritating, every now and then I would tell she could go a bit deeper but she didn't seem to take it on board. It just felt like she was just stroking oil on me! The treatment room itself was quite cramped and the music they had playing was not relaxing at all and every now and then the therapist would hum or sing along to the song playing! Also I had a £10 discount from wahanda which I thought I would use for a 90 minute massage to treat myself, however when I came out the building and just as I was walking up the street I realised that my treatment time had only been 70 minutes!
The only two positives I can mention is that the thai techniques my therapist (eeventually) used were very good at stretching my stiff joints etc. however having such firm and almost painful pressure being used after such light pressure was a bit too much. My therapist was very nice despite her long nails occasionally scratching me! And at the beginning of the treatment my feet were placed in a bowl of warm water and given a foot scrub which was lovely. But it doesn't quite make up for how disappointing the rest of the experience was. Overall, definitely not the best massage experience I've had and I don't think I'd book again.

I had deep tissue massage, it was nice treatment, but the masseuse combined deep tissue massage with oil massage and I didn't like this combination. But in general I was enjoing my treatment.

We were expecting a relaxing soft massage and ended up with a full body contact quite intense. The two ladies, apart from demanding a lot from our bodies, were very professional & engaging, making jokes to relax us.

The staff could not have been nicer and the massage was the best I've ever had. However the actual place was very grotty and dated. Also the room for my treatment was sectioned off into 3 sections by curtains, almost like a hospital and throughout my hour people came and went for their treatments in the other sections which was slightly distracting and noisey.

Great experience, it really got rid of my tight neck and back and tension which I was quite surprised by.

The massage was one of the best I've had in a while! I had a full body massage, you get a foot scrub at the start which instantly makes you feel relaxed. Would definitely go back and recommend :)

I've been to this spa a couple of times and would rate the teatments as excellent. The girls are very friendly and keen to make sure you are enjoying the treatment throughout the duration. I was very relaxed afterwards and could possibly have fallen asleep if I'd booked for longer! Don't be put off by the entrance to the venue, as this is via a very steep set of stairs, as the spa is situated in a 3 story building above a row of shops. It isn't palacial, but as I said the girls are very welcoming and the treatment begins with having your feet washed! I will definitely be going again and would highly recommend.

My appointment was at 1130, I arrived 10 minutes early to fill out medical records etc, they didn't ask me for any info and I was left to sit in the cold waiting room, complete with table full of old, dirty coffee cups and be ignored by the receptionists until 1200. I'm glad I put 2 hours parking on! The treatment itself was fantastic, but unfortunately was a bit marred by the initial 40 minutes I was waiting. My therapist was lovely and did a really good job on the knots in my shoulders. Not sure if I would return for another treatment, as it wasn't the relaxing experience it should have been.
