Getting through to them on the phone to make an appointment was a challenge (there is no answerphone, and nobody answers the phone before 11am - a message telling us this would have saved me several wasted/unanswered calls!), but it was well worth the effort: this was one of the best massages I have had. I look forward to a return visit.

A little gem of a place, Siam Body & Soul is a little spa run by Thai women who know their stuff when it comes to making the client feel very relaxed. My massuers Poppy was excellent - kneading away at the knots in my neck and back with soothing lavendar oil. She constantly checked on how I was feeling. I have had many massages in London in several high-class establishments and am biased towards those run by Thais! The rooms at the centre however are a little crammed and they tell me that they have plans to expand. Excellent value considering I would have paid twice or thrice more for my 50 min therapy. The manicure was lovely too - accopanied with ginger tea to cleanse the body.
Only a few minutes from Kings Cross station. Fantastic treatment, with perfect pressure! This was not reflexology as I know it (I am a trained reflexologist), I assume a fusion of reflexology and thai foot massage. I also received a complementary session of hand reflexology too! I've been to other salons/spa's and the pressure has been horrific, but this was amazing. My treatment was for 30 mins but I could have easily stayed for an hour.

This is the second time I've been to Siam Body and Soul. The first time I went on the 30 minute deep tissue and easily upgraded to a full hour. The second I went for the 50 minute aromatheraphy . The therapist was very skillful and used more pressure when asked. The staff are all very polite and accomodating. I appreciate having a cup of hot green/ jasmine tea before my massage to hydrate and warm up (especially as it was snowing outside this time). And immediately presented with water post massage. You are not pressured to rush at all so it's really a relaxing and pampering experience. My only suggestion is that I'd like a little more space to put my bag/ clothes as some of the rooms are a little smaller than others, like a rack or something - but then I carry alot of things around with me all the time that most people probably don't and the staff even brought my shopping bag out to me which I almost forgot! Overall as I would totally recommend this place for a massage.
This was without doubt the worst massage I have ever had. The therapist didn't once touch my shoulders which I think anyone would find odd as most people carry stress in that area. It definitely was not a deep tissue massage and was more of a rub over my ribs and spine. I was so disappointed and felt it was a complete rip off and waste of money. In addition, when I arrived at the salon, the owner's dog was jumping all over me for about 5 minutes whilst I waited for the receptionist to stop answering calls. I'm ok with dogs but I don't think it's the best way to be greeted for a massage and the staff didn't seem bothered or make attempts to put the dog somewhere else. Please save your money and go elsewhere!
