The salon was very busy, but as they were accommodating my last minute booking I was just happy for a seat. ehsan did my cut and keratin treatments and I took his advice and let him give me an entirely new look. Im so happy with the results!!
Lovely, skilled staff who take the time to listen to the client and advise. Colour and hair blowdry was excellent, and very clean salonI really liked the way they do that, they take the necessary time in each client and the staff is very nice. I'll come back to the same place next time.

I just wanted to say that beauty basics is a fantastic place to get highlight and cu and blowdry. I have had colour in chic touch. Friendly service and the saloon is very welcoming, all the treatments are done professionally and step by step advice is given throughout the treatment. I visit this place on a monthly basis and am very happy with the service. Y

I was a little nervous about the salon as its in such a posh area however the staff were really friendly. I've had my hair coloured and cut hundreds of times at different salons and I can honestly say this is the best my hair has ever looked. the colour were beautifully done, and ive had many comments already that my hair looks healthier and that the colour suits me. I usually put off having my hair done for as long as possible because it takes so long to colour ( thick and long hair) however I feel relieved that ive finally found a salon that makes my hair look this good and so will definitely become a regular here.
