I had been a regular at this salon pre COVID. This visit marked my return after 2019, and unfortunately, it wasn't a positive experience. The restyling of my hair was more of a cut in the existing style rather than a true transformation. I opted for a blowdry with the expectation of achieving lasting wavy curls, but the stylist recommended using a tong instead of a hair dryer for better results. However, the curls didn't hold well and opened up quite quickly. Not tight enough curls.

Hi I can’t really offer a fair review as when I arrived for my appointment the shop was shut!! I left a message on the answer phone and have not had anyone contact me! Very disappointed and £35 out of pocket!!!
