I had a facial and a massage - the facial was nice but the massage was the best, very relaxing. In fact so relaxing that I went off to sleep! I would probably visit again in the future.

Not experienced this kind of treatment before so didnt know what to expect. Cookie explained everything in detail, allowing me to make an informed choice of most suitable areas for treatment. The venue is a little diffiucult to find as its not the 'normal' frontage or style of a spa centre. How once inside the staff, ambience and ethos creates a soft, relaxed environment. Will defo visit again. Thank you

This is a tranquil yet lively spa in the middle of the jewellery quarter big peg building, and it feels energising afterwards. I had a massage by Kieren who was softly spoken and very good at explaining the treatment process and ensuring I was completely comfortable. Loved it, will definitely be going back again...

The massage was good and the therapist was lovely, my main gripe is with the ambience of the place. There seemed to be an office kitchen next door where people were making tea/coffee and all the noise filtered through the thin walls.
I expected a relaxing massage but instead felt that it was a ruined by the atmosphere.

Fresh, bright and welcoming - if you want to find a gem in the jewellery quarters of the beauty-kind then trust me, you will be very glad you paid this place some well deserved attention.

Staff were professional and friendly. Shame the venue didn't match the high quality of the treatment I received - the walls were thin that I could hear conversations next door over the music !

The spa is a suprise in such a cold dull office block. The treatments were on an offer and good value for a pick me up. The staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful and customer focused.

Excellent service from the staff and felt so much better afterwards. My only complaint, as with everyone else who has been, is the location. No signs to tell you where to go and I was fortunate to get into the building.

Had my first Thai Stone Massage here and it was great. The spa is very nice if a bit confusing to find - make sure you take the address with you as you will need the room number in order to locate it in the building. There is construction work going on outside which is a bit noisy, but the massage was good so it didn't bother me too much.

I absolutely loved my visit to the Secret Satori Spa. Although a tad difficult to find this little spa is well worth a visit. Cookie was delightful and my massage was great!

This is a truly wonderful gem -if you're for a place to relax unwind and de-stress then this is the place to head- it's a compact and bijou type of setup that has a lovely presence. The whole experience was well worth the money paid and I will definitely be going for more treatments..

It was like bumping into a walking sun. The therapist beamed a great warm smile and (ironically) proceeded to calm and cool my senses away from the days stresses and into spa mode. It was ridiculously good! I would highly recommend a visit and will definitely be going for more treatments in the future- thanks again :)
