Nobody acknowledged me when I entered the salon. After 5 minutes someone asked me if I had an appointment! They were running late and it was 15 minutes past my appointment time when they took me to the back wash. I have thick hair yet the water hardly wet my hair and the actual hair wash was ineffective and my hair still felt dirty afterwards! The stylist then rough blow dried my hair and completed it with smoothing irons. I had paid for a blow dry and that is what I thought I was getting.
