I had a HD brows and was disapointed, I have had HD brows several times before and this was not HD brows, They did expalin that they could not thread as only two staff members knew how to do this but there was no palette, measuring and the results were nothing like HD brows, It was just a wax and tint, Very disapointing as I have had many treatments and spa days that have been great. Total waste of £16, any basic salon will do the exact same thing for less than £10.
Great service, nice clean place. The staff are friendly and seem to know what they are doing. We had the hot stone massage and facial for £25 each, great value.
Staff friendly, very relaxed atmosphere and happy with my treatment. Therapist talked me through treatment and made me feel at ease. Soothing music and candles helped me relax would recommend

I got HD brows done at this salon, this was the first time here and also the first time getting HD Brows, the salon was clean and tidy and was easy to find.
The therapist was professional but chatty and made me feel comfortable explaining what she was doing at all times, the treatment was quick but well done and I was very pleased with the results, I would highly recommend this salon and would definitely go back myself.
I thought the room could have been a bit nicer for the venue. The therapist was very friendly. The holywood waxing was fine. Threading took a while and I had a feeling that she was not very experienced. Overall good experience.
