The facial lasted over 1 hour but I reckon the staff could be more friendly if they wanted felt like a lost puppy.

The place looked nothing like in the pictures! It was so awkward and I did not feel comfortable at all. Taken into a little horrible room and the door was left open whilst the waxing was taking place. Didn’t do a good job either! Had to come home and do it again myself! You would rather pay a bit more and have a better experience! Really disappointed!

Mix up with the appointment as they wasn’t aware I had made one on treatwell but was quickly resolved. Very lovely staff, eyelashes weren’t great first time but after coming in again I’m very happy that they sorted them for me with no complaints.
