This was my 3rd intimate wax at Sara salon and sadly I will not be returning. During my Hollywood waxing treatment I was somehow given a 2-3cm long cut on the inner of my intimate area. I was left bleeding and in so much pain after the treatment and eventually had to seek urgent treatment at the hospital because of this. Although the staff are lovely I just didn't know how this happened and have now been left with a scar.
