First received a call to check if I can reschedule. And then a delay of 20 minutes. Besides these two hiccups, the massage was excellent.

My therapist was Ja. She was excellent and gave me an excellent massage. I didn't expect to have someone climb on my back, but she really hit every area I was having pain and discomfort in, and she checked I was happy with the pressure. The room was clean and the music was relaxing. My only gripe was, each time people walked passed the room I heard the clatter of their shoes and talking. So perhaps softer shoes and reminding people there is a session in progress, so to stay quiet.

The overall experience was, unfortunately, disappointing; I went into the room 20 mins late(they claimed they were not made aware of the booking), the first therapist left the room halfway through and then someone else came in that kept leaving the room for all sorts of reasons. Not going back anytime soon.
