I was looking around for a new hairdresser after moving to a new area, I'm always a bit cautious of trying somewhere new so I'd been sort of ruining my hair by attempting to put in my own colour... oooops. I came across the Sanrizz offer on here and decided to go for it. It was great and I'll definitely be going back! Chiara did my colour and Franko took care of the cut. They sorted me out, I took some photographs of the kind of blonde I wanted and we talked it through, Chiara was so lovely and friendly - she got the colour totally spot on and I love it! With the cut, I didn't really know what i wanted, but I knew I didn't like what I had... I sort of explained the bits that I didn't like and Franko talked me through what we could do to sort that out, he cut it perfectly and it feels a lot healthier and easier to style. Overall, very professional but also comfortable and friendly... I would highly recommend!
I just came back from the salon for the first time and I will be a regular! it was a lovely experience. Chiara looked after my poor colour that was completely messed up with a another "colourist" now I am platinum blonde not ginger!! Also had an amazing chop with Franco and now I look like a new woman. receptionist was very polite and the girl who escapes me now had pleasant pressure with my head massage. VERY HAPPY. I would not recommend going to Sanrizz with a Wahada voucher. I was treated as a second class citizen by the horrible little manager from the moment I walked in the door. I had paid for a special conditioning hair treatment but was not given it. When I queried not having the hot towel treatment the nasty little manager made the excuse that the normal conditioner that was put on my hair was very expensive and she had people waiting for their appointments. There was no one waiting! It was almost empty. Eventually she agreed that I had paid for a hair treatment and put a hot towel on my head in a grumpy huff, but without the conditioner! She wanted to charge me an extra ten quid for that. This place is clearly not able to offer the same service to people with Wahada vouchers as the customers she charges high rates for. I won't be going back!
Very good experience, appointment was the Monday before Christmas eve and weather was terrible, storms and high winds, not the best day to be getting your hair done, but felt very relaxed soon after arriving staff friendly, and stylist and efficient, did exactly what I asked for, best haircut I have had in a long time.
I receive truly great service; really took their time with me. They asked me what I wanted, and I got the best haircut in years. Very happy, will certainly be going back!
