I'd never had a Thai massage before, but I was pleased to have tried it. I lay down on the special floor mat and experienced quite strong-pressure massage whilst also having my limbs sometimes manipulated: like yoga. I'm not the most flexible of people so some positions felt a bit awkward but she was always ready to ask me if I was ok. You also need not to mind so much having your upper body exposed as happens with some of the positions. I was surprised to feel very invigorated afterwards, and that was great for me, so if that's the result you're after, then try it :-)
